WASHINGTON – U.S. home prices rose in November, a government agency said Wednesday, another sign that the ailing housing market is gradually climbing back after a severe decline.
Home prices rose 1.0% on a seasonally adjusted basis from a month earlier, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency's monthly home-price index.
